The Blooming Sunflower Holistic Wellness Plan Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in The Blooming Sunflower Holistic Wellness Plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any sessions. 2. Services Provided: The Blooming Sunflower offers holistic wellness services including yoga sessions, sound bowl therapy, guided meditation, holistic coaching, and nutritional recommendations. 3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: By participating in any of the services provided by The Blooming Sunflower, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Blooming Sunflower, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from injury, loss, or damage to your person or property during or as a result of participation in yoga sessions, sound bowl therapy, guided meditation, holistic coaching, and nutritional recommendations, regardless of the cause. 4. Health and Medical Disclaimer: The services provided are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any wellness activities offered by The Blooming Sunflower. 5. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for the session. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of The Blooming Sunflower. 6. Confidentiality: All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. 7. Payment Terms: All payments for services must be made in advance or at the time of service. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. 8. Amendments: The Blooming Sunflower reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the wellness plan constitutes acceptance of any modifications. 9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. 10. Agreement: By enrolling in The Blooming Sunflower Holistic Wellness Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
