Service Description
We are so excited to invite you to a morning rooted in healing, intention, and community. This Vision Board & Wellness Experience is designed to help you reconnect with your goals, honor your journey, and step into the next chapter of your life with clarity and purpose. Held at the beautiful Vizcaya Park in Miramar, this two-hour gathering brings together the healing philosophy of The Blooming Sunflower Holistic Wellness and the empowering mission of the MBA Care Project, which mission is to Motivate, Believe, Accomplish for a truly transformative experience. What to expect: Guided vision board creation - Craft a personal vision board that reflects your dreams, intentions, and goals for the year ahead — all materials provided. Wellness activities & mindfulness - Enjoy grounding wellness practices designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit in an outdoor setting. Community & connection - Surround yourself with a warm, supportive community of like-minded individuals who are committed to growth and well-being. Motivational insights - Receive empowering guidance from the MBA Care Project to help you motivate, believe in yourself, and accomplish your goals. Who this event is for: This event welcomes anyone at any stage of their wellness journey. Whether you are just beginning, returning to yourself, or deepening an existing practice. Come as you are. Cancellation Policy
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. In the event that The Blooming Sunflower needs to cancel your appointment without giving 24-hour notice, we will provide you with 50% of your service amount for the missed appointments as a credit towards your next appointment. By booking this service, I release The Blooming Sunflower, LLC & Yoga Instructor Alexandra Rosa, M.Psy, RYT from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of Any Yoga class/workshops that I elected to participate in. I consent to have the above-described yoga services of my choice applied. Understanding the risks of yoga, I release The Blooming Sunflower, its employees and its agents harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) or transmission of a communicable disease that I might incur as a result of the service provided today and I agree to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes.
